- 2 / 5By Steve ReppucciThis location is a hot mess. They have ONE employee in the morning who knows how to greet customers (he is one of the best), but the rest are awful. Just picked up a small hot coffee for my afternoon break, and when I opened the cup, I see that it's filled MAYBE 2/3'rd full.
I have a game I play when I go in during the morning (and someone other than the above mentioned GREAT employee is working.) I just walk up to the register and say NOTHING, just look at the person at the register. I like to see how long it takes until they snap out of their funk and actually say Hello. Sometimes, I wait for 10 to 15 seconds, while they uncomfortably look at me with no greeting. Do they not get trained to at least ask "May I help you?"
Whoever is training these people oughta be fired. And all of the rest should be put through a retraining in basic customer service.December 08, 2016
